Michael joined Allied Business Group in 2010 as a Financial Analyst. He graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. He later received a Juris Doctor degree, an LL.M. in Taxation and an MBA from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Michael is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and American Bar Association. Michael's background in corporate and personal tax and estate planning assists him in his financial analysis of business valuations.
Prior to joining Allied, Michael worked as a tax research specialist for a prominent tax preparation company where he solved numerous tax issues relating to various business organizations. During law school, Michael clerked for local law firms where he helped solve legal problems in numerous practice areas including estate planning, bankruptcy, employment law, employment benefits and family law.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends and completing various home improvement and woodworking projects.
