Louis has managed business valuation engagements for companies in a variety of industries including: retail, manufacturing, business services, financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical distribution. He has had significant experience in managing complex business valuation engagements and specializes in preparing reports that are used for IRS tax reporting purposes as well as litigious situations such as shareholder disputes and marital dissolution.
Louis earned a bachelor's degree in finance with a concentration in International Business from the University of Kansas. He is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Louis is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has studied abroad twice in Beijing, China. He is also a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
