John manages Allied Business Group’s Business Valuation and Litigation Services Department, which provides business valuations, litigation support and other consultative services. He provides consulting assistance in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, decision support analysis/modeling and financial forecasts and budgets.
John has performed valuations for companies in a variety of industries such as retail, wholesale and distribution, health care, manufacturing, construction and financial institutions. His valuation experience includes closely held business interests, gift and estate planning, merger and acquisition transactions, purchase price allocations and marital dissolutions.
John was previously a member of a middle-market CPA firm serving primarily owner-operated and multi-generation family businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, construction, real estate, heavy equipment, auto dealerships and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, John has private industry experience, having served four years as chief financial officer for an international manufacturing firm. John is conversationally fluent in Japanese.
