Each one hour session will cover specific topics regarding mergers and acquisitions and/or business valuation.

Attorneys can obtain one CLE credit from the Kansas and/or Missouri Bar Association. To do so, please schedule the workshop at least three to four weeks in advance.

Accountants may receive one recommended CPE credit. Final approval is subject to the Kansas and Missouri Board of Accountancy.
