Preparation of a terms sheet / letter of intent with legal advisor
Due diligence / legal and financial inspection of the target
Obtain third-party debt and/or equity financing
Assistance with final closing documents
4. Post-Acquisition Support
Develop '100 day plan' for transition of new owner
Identify improvement areas to increase the value of target company
Determine eventual exit plan for new owner
