David has closed a number of transactions involving business in industries including manufacturing, distribution, health care and information technology. He manages all areas of Allied's M&A process, from buyer support through due diligence management. David has also completed numerous business valuations for purposes as diverse as business exit planning, gift and estate tax, charitable contributions, marital dissolution, shareholder disputes and lost profits.
Prior to joining Allied, David was a research analyst for a Kansas City based inventory tracking company. As a research analyst he performed statistical analysis on data samples in an effort to develop a new product for the growing company.
David graduated from the University of Kansas with two bachelor's of science degrees in accounting and finance. During his senior year, he worked for the University's Applied Portfolio Management fund where he maintained financial models on public companies, monitored the fund's derivatives trading, and conducted research and analysis on prospective portfolio companies. David is a 2012 Level III CFA Candidate.
