Should your client’s company need a formal valuation, Allied’s Certified Business Appraiser can assist. We have years of experience in valuing private companies and tailor each report to meet the client’s needs. We are not tax professionals and offer no accountancy services. Instead, we work in conjunction with you to produce a valuation report for your client. Our reports are always subjected to highly rigorous analysis and testing to ensure that they will withstand even the most intense scrutiny. Our valuation reports are thorough and defensible to the IRS and other relevant agencies.
We realize that in some cases, you may need only an a professional opinion and not a comprehensive appraisal. Our consultation services can include analyzing financial documents to give a valuation estimate and explaining current valuation theory to supplement your tax expertise. Since we are located in Kansas City, we can meet you and your client at your location, host at our office or schedule a telephone interview.
We can further assist by: providing an estimated range of value, reviewing other appraisal reports for validity, providing guidance on standard of value and advising your clients on how to increase the value of their company.
