Kelly Skarda leads Allied's Business Valuation and Litigation Services Department, which provides business valuations, litigation support and other consultative services. She holds the designations of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers and Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) through the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). Kelly also serves on the IBA Accreditation Board.
